PAYMENT

  • Upon completing your order, you will be directed to payment.
  • We accept all major credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Bancnet, JCB & Paymaya. 
  • All online orders can only be processed in the website through credit card payments.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. 

  • For Metro Manila orders, we use Lalamove & Grabexpress. 
  • For outside Metro Manila, we use LBC. 
  • For international orders, we ship via DHL Express.

We need time to process & ship your orders.

  • For orders within Metro Manila, allow 3-5 business days. 
  • For orders outside Metro Manila, allow 7-10 business days. 
  • For international orders, allow 10-14 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • Cancellation or refund in any form of payment, cash or card is not allowed.
  • All sale/marked down items are final. They are not allowed for return nor exchange.
  • Altered items are not allowed for return nor exchange.
  • We allow exchange within 7 business days upon receipt of items.
  • Value of exchanged items should follow current value posted in the website, not value of the date of purchase.
  • Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order. New item/s must be the same or higher value than the original item/s purchased.
  • All exchange item/s are subject for approval.
    • Item/s should be in the same condition as they were received.
    • Hangtag/s attached to items.
    • Include a print out of your order confirmation.
  • After we received your parcel, you will be contacted by one of our representatives.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Important note:

  • All sales are final after 7 days upon receipt of your order.
  • We will not accept parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe of 7 days. Shipping costs & risks pertaining to the returned product/s will be shouldered by the sender.

ALTERATION

  • We offer alteration services.
  • Customers with P 5,000.00 worth of purchase (single receipt) are entitled for free alteration within 30 days from the date of purchase, charges will be applied for items purchased after 30 days.
  • Purchases below P 5,000.00 will still be entertained with minimal charge. 
  • Lead time for alteration of item/s will be 2 weeks from the date received. Schedule may vary depending on the difficulty & number of pieces.

Important note:

  • No refund, no return or exchange shall be given for items already altered. 
  • The alteration request done by the customer implies that she voluntarily requests the alteration & release K & Company or any of its officers, stockholders or employees from any & all liabilities with respect to the outcome of the alteration.
